The challenges faced by today’s society due to climate change, scarce resources and demographic change demand innovative ecologically and socially sustainable solutions. We believe that our activities have to balance economic and ecological concerns. In an ongoing and self-driven improvement process we keep developing our performance in the areas of quality, environmental protection, health and safety and employee benefits. The company provides the infrastructure, and every single employee with his tasks, skills and commitment contributes to the achievement of these company values and principles.

Photo-voltaic plant

In 2010 we leased out the roof of our production facility and had a photo-voltaic system installed with a peak output 315 KwP.

CO2 neutrality/energy efficiency

Climate neutrality is an important part of our sustainability management. We monitor our energy consumption and we try to reduce the amount of energy we use by taking smaller and larger measures and we also try to make up for unavoidable emissions with a compensation project. (Standard Gold)

German Sustainability Code

We issue our Sustainability Report according to the German Sustainability Code.

Health Management

We care greatly about the health of our employees. Our health management system offers comprehensive health care for all employees including gym, rehabilitation center, massages, company bike, health days and organic fruit.
