We manufacture precision stamped and bent parts as well as plastic injection molding parts – all under one roof. This enables us to accommodate your requirements and demands in a fast and flexible manner.
Plastic Products
Our plastic molded parts are produced on Arburg and Netstal injection machines (50 MT to 220 MT) from a great variety of engineering plastics. We predominantly process the engineering plastics PPA, PA, PBT but also PP and PE with different fillers and a ratio of up to 60%.
The material is prepared and fed to the production lines according to newest technical standards with Motan machines. By using Masterbatch we guarantee that the individually stipulated coloring is adhered to.
Most of the injection machines are equipped with servo controlled linear appliances (Arburg, Wemo, Apex,) or Kuka robots. These machines are predominantly used for metal parts which are placed into the machines for overmolding and insert molding. The parts are subsequently removed and handed over to the assembly system for final assembly.
In the assembly system the parts are assembled in a final step and fitted for example with sleeves, clamps, magnets, RFID chips... These plants are equipped with sensors and cameras and therefore also allow a continuous inspection of the parts in regards to important features and functions, guaranteeing in this way that all parts meet the demands set by the customer.
