Training
We train tool mechanics, machine and plant operators, industrial mechanics and industrial clerks. After successful completion of their training, all apprentices are usually taken on as permanent employees and individually promoted in their respective field of work. It is no coincidence that many of our managers were former apprentices of our company.
Current apprenticeships
Task
Machine and plant operators prepare work processes, check machine functions on test benches and put machines into operation. They monitor the production process and control or monitor the material flow. They also inspect or maintain machines at regular intervals to ensure their operational readiness. For example, you refill oils or coolants and lubricants. They replace wearing parts such as seals, filters or hoses.
Education
Duration: 2 years
In the first half of the apprenticeship, you learn the basic skills of filing, drilling, turning and milling in the training workshop.
Afterwards you go through all of them, for a machine & Plant operators, important departments.

Task
Tool mechanics manufacture e.g. stamping tools for industrial series production. They usually use CNC-controlled machine tools for production, which they also program themselves. They assemble individual parts manufacture tools and install them in the production machines. They carry out test runs and check the finished products. The maintenance and repair of tools is also part of the area of responsibility.
Education
Duration: 3,5 years
In the first year of training, you learn the basic skills, filing, drilling, turning and milling, that you will later need as a tool mechanic in the training workshop.
From the second year of training you go through all the departments that are important for a toolmaker.
