Assembly
The supply of complete assembly groups is becoming an increasingly important part of our production.
In this continually growing area we produce:
- small series as manual assembly
- manual assembly combined with a 100% camera inspection
- packing with a precise number of plastic and metal parts in foil bags with direct printing
- multi-line assembly with rotary indexing machines including a 100% check and packing
- larger sub-assemblies, consisting of a number of plastic and metal parts in various dimensions with cam controlled rotary indexing machines, including 100% inspection and packing of a precise number of parts per customer or packing for retail and subsequent delivery to distribution centers world-wide.
A high level of automation of all processes including assembly is a matter of course for us. This enables us to guarantee an economical production process with reliable quality. Customized solutions are developed for new projects. Be it specialized machines or manual processing; everything is adjusted to the new product.
