Assemblies

In our Assembly Department we mount parts to assembly groups. These assembly groups either consist of individual parts which we produce entirely at our plant, or they are combined with purchased parts as for example screws, turned parts, metal balls or the like.

The components are usually assembled by fully automated assembly robots, while some components are also assembled manually using efficient assembly devices. We can assemble complex high-volume as well as small batch orders. An integrated quality inspection with documentation of inspection criteria and labeling, for example by laser marking or in-line printing, is also possible.
